Job Opportunity: Export Marketing Manager - Scaffolding Products

Location: Ludhiana

Salary: ?80,000 - ?2.0 Lakhs per Month (Negotiable for the right candidate

A reputed and growing manufacturing company in Ludhiana, specializing in scaffolding and construction hardware products, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Marketing Manager to lead its international business development effort

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute export marketing strategies for scaffolding products across regions like Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America.

Identify and onboard new international clients, distributors, and agents.

Attend and coordinate international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation in compliance with export norms.

Work closely with the production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions with overseas clients.

Maintain good relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for repeat business.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business/Marketing or related field

Experience: Minimum 8-12 years in export marketing of scaffolding/industrial products

Strong understanding of international business laws, Incoterms, LCs, and export documentation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

Should be open to international travel

Familiarity with scaffolding product standards and specifications is a must
