To strengthen our brand presence worldwide, we are looking for a proactive and result-driven Export & Marketing Manager to lead international business development, marketing, and trade promotion activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement export marketing strategies to increase global sales and brand visibility. Identify and establish relationships with new overseas distributors, importers, and strategic partners. Plan and execute international marketing campaigns, including digital and offline promotion. Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets -- from stall planning to lead conversion. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in key regions. Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product positioning, and promotional material development. Prepare export offers, negotiate commercial terms, and manage order execution and shipment documentation. Strengthen customer engagement through regular communication, feedback, and follow-up. Track performance of export markets and prepare periodic reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing / International Business / Chemistry (MBA preferred). 5-10 years of experience in Export Marketing, preferably in Dyestuffs, Pigments, or Chemical industry. Strong understanding of international trade, documentation, and INCOTERMS. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Creative thinker with good command over branding, trade promotion, and digital outreach. Willingness to travel internationally for trade fairs and client visits. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email correspondence.
