Job Description

we are looking for Export Marketing Executive develops strategies for global market entry, conducts international market research, creates region-specific campaigns, builds overseas client relationships, manages export documentation and logistics coordination, negotiates terms, and ensures compliance with trade regulations to drive international sales growth. They act as a bridge between the company and global customers, focusing on market penetration and brand presence abroad. Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Strategy

: Identify new export markets, analyze global trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Campaign Development

: Create and implement marketing plans, promotional materials, and digital campaigns for foreign audiences.

Client & Partner Management

: Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.

Sales Support

: Generate leads (via B2B portals, social media), prepare quotes, handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

Logistics & Documentation

: Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics) and external partners (shipping lines, CHAs) for smooth order fulfillment.

Compliance & Reporting

: Ensure adherence to international trade laws, manage export documentation (invoices, packing lists, etc.), and report on KPIs and performance.

Trade Shows

: Represent the company at international trade shows and exhibitions.
Essential Skills:

Strong written & spoken English, plus other relevant languages. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Analytical skills for market data.
