Export Marketing Executive

develops and executes strategies to sell a company's preserved food products globally, focusing on market research, identifying opportunities, managing international client relationships, ensuring export compliance, and driving sales growth through tailored marketing campaigns, reporting performance, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment. Key duties include competitor analysis, creating international marketing materials, handling negotiations, and ensuring adherence to trade regulations, requiring strong communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural skills. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement export marketing plans, set goals, and manage budgets for international markets.

Market Research:

Analyze international market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Sales & Client Management:

Identify new customers, build relationships with foreign distributors/clients, generate inquiries, negotiate deals, and close orders.

Marketing Execution:

Create and adapt marketing materials, run campaigns, and represent the company at trade shows.

Export Operations & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to international trade laws, manage documentation, and coordinate logistics.

Internal Coordination:

Work with production, logistics, and finance teams for efficient order fulfilment.

Reporting:

Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and management information systems (MIS).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field.

Experience:

Proven background in international sales, export marketing, or global business.

Market Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of international markets, trade practices, and regulations.

Communication:

Excellent verbal/written skills, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical:

Strong market research, sales analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Others:

Adaptability, ability to work independently, and potentially proficiency in multiple languages.
