Position Summary



Shree Components is seeking a proactive and results-driven

Export Marketing Executive / Lead

to develop and manage international business opportunities for precision-machined and engineered metal components. The role focuses on

global customer acquisition, RFQ management, and long-term account development

across industrial, automotive, and OEM segments.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop

new export customers and markets

(Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia, etc.) Manage

export RFQs

, coordinate with engineering and costing teams, and prepare competitive quotations Communicate with

international clients

via email, calls, video meetings, and trade platforms Build and maintain

long-term relationships

with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and distributors Coordinate internally with

production, quality, and logistics teams

to ensure timely order execution Handle

export documentation

including commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes, Incoterms, and compliance requirements Track inquiries, follow-ups, and orders using

CRM / ERP systems

Participate in

trade fairs, virtual meetings, and customer visits

as required Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business, Marketing, or related field 3-7 years of experience in

export marketing / international sales

(manufacturing industry preferred) Strong understanding of

export procedures, Incoterms, and international trade practices

Excellent

written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to handle

technical discussions and drawings

(machined components experience preferred) Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Experience



Experience in

precision machining, fittings, fasteners, or automotive components

Exposure to

European / US OEM customers

Familiarity with

ISO / IATF-certified manufacturing environments
