Business Development Manager - International Sales (Masterbatch & Packaging Films)About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven

Business Development Manager

to expand our international sales in

Masterbatches and Packaging Films

. The role involves identifying new markets, acquiring clients, managing distributors, and driving business growth globally.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities in

masterbatches, stretch/cling films, and aluminum foil

. Build and manage strong relationships with

converters, packaging manufacturers, and distributors

. Provide

technical-commercial support

on masterbatch and film applications. Achieve international sales targets and expand the company's market presence. Represent the company at

global trade fairs/exhibitions

. Coordinate with production, R&D, logistics, and finance for smooth order execution. Ensure compliance with

international standards (FDA, EU, REACH, etc.)

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in

International Business, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or Marketing

. 2+ years' experience in

international sales (masterbatch/packaging industry preferred)

. Strong knowledge of

polyolefins, pigments, additives, and packaging applications

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural relationship skills. Willingness to

travel internationally

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
