Act as the interface between customer/buyer, reporting manager, and factory.
Coordinate activities from order generation to delivery, including sample dispatch.
Track enquiries, orders, shipments, documentation, and delivery status.
Update customers/buyers with order progress and take factory feedback.
Prepare weekly turnaround-time reports and maintain buyer-wise records.
Follow up on new requirements and enquiries.
Execute customer marketing needs by coordinating with marketing and factory teams.
Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Share updates on product discontinuation or buyer-specific requirements.
Ensure timely order dispatch and maintain new developments in the system.
Coordinate for exhibitions and support lead generation/cold calling efforts.
