Role Overview
The Export Manager will lead and build Spaceki's international business in the Middle East region. This role combines
business development, channel management, and export operations
, working closely with architects, builders, facade consultants, and distributors.
You'll be responsible for creating the Spaceki brand footprint overseas and managing end-to-end export operations -- from enquiry to installation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard distributors, project partners, and EPC clients in GCC markets.
Develop strong relationships with architects, contractors, and real estate developers.
Prepare and execute the export business plan and country-specific sales targets.
Liaise with production, logistics, and finance teams for documentation, LC, and shipment coordination.
Study regional regulations, certifications, and custom procedures for aluminium and glazing products.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meets across Dubai, Riyadh, Doha, and Muscat.
Provide technical presentations, quotations, and pre-contract support to clients.
Report to the Managing Director and coordinate with the India-based factory for order fulfilment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering / International Business / Commerce
; MBA preferred.
5-10 years' experience
in export or international sales in
building materials, aluminium systems, glass, or construction products.
Proven track record of sales in the Middle East.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with
INCOTERMS, LC, export documentation, and international logistics.
Must be open to travel frequently to GCC countries.
