Position:-Export Sales Manager (FMCG)

CTC OFFERED-8LAC+TA

Experience in same field:5 yrs+

Preferred: Export Sales FMCG

Male only.

Location-Kolkata(Area-Airport)

Role and Responsibilities:

1.Develop & implement strategies to increase sales & expand the export market for company's products or services.

2.Identify new business opportunity and potential new market.

3.Build & maintain strong relationships with existing clients & distributors in international markets.

4. Research & analyses market trends, competitor activities & customer preferences to identify potential business opportunities & stay ahead of the competition.

5.Develop & execute effective sales & marketing plans, including pricing strategies, promotions & advertising campaigns to achieve sales targets.

6.Coordinate with internal departments such as production logistics & finance to ensure smooth order processing, shipment and timely delivery.

7.Provide product training & sales support to distributors and overseas sales teams

8.Monitor & assess sales performance, market trends and customer satisfaction and provide regular reports to the management.

9.Stay updated with export regulations, trade financing options and international business practices.

10.Build a strong network of contacts attend industry events trade shows and exhibitions to promote the company's products and service.

11.Manage & motivate the export sales team, set sales targets and provide necessary training and guidance to achieve objectives.

12.Conduct market research & feasibility studies to identify potential new product lines or business opportunities.

Requirements:

1.Proven Experience as an export sales manager from FMCG FOOD.

2.Strong knowledge of international sales strategies market trades & export regulations.

3.Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationship with clients and stakeholders.

4.Strong negotiation & selling skills with a track record achieving sales targets.

5.Ability to analyse market data competitor activities and customer preferences to identify business opportunities and make informed decisions.

6.familiarity with trade financing options and international payment methods.

7.Proficiency in using software and other tools to manage customer relationships and track sales performance.

8.Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

9. Willingness to travel internationally as required.

10.Degree in international business & marketing.
