We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Export Manager

to oversee and manage export operations for our freight forwarding division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end export shipments, ensuring compliance with all international trade regulations, and maintaining smooth coordination with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute complete export operations from documentation to final delivery. Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents for timely movement of cargo. Ensure all export documentation, including shipping bills, invoices, and packing lists, are accurate and compliant with regulations. Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and shipment status updates efficiently. Monitor export schedules, track shipments, and resolve any operational or transit issues. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide high-quality service support. Ensure adherence to customs, DGFT, and other international trade compliances. Collaborate with the accounts and sales teams for billing and customer support.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline 3-5 years of proven experience in

export operations or freight forwarding

. Strong knowledge of export documentation, incoterms, and international shipping procedures. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
