Key Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end export process including documentation, shipment planning, and coordination.
Communicate with international clients for order confirmations, queries, and updates.
Coordinate with production, packing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely export readiness.
Prepare and manage export documents: Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, LC documents, etc.
Handle negotiations with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Track shipments and update clients on delivery timelines.
Resolve export-related issues such as delays, documentation errors, or logistics challenges.
Maintain and update export reports, records, and statutory documentation.
Represent the company professionally in meetings, trade communication, and buyer interactions.
Required Skills & Competencies:-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Ability to interact with international clients and logistics partners.
Flexible and able to handle time-sensitive and multi-tasking environments.
Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Familiarity with shipping terms (Incoterms), LC, and international freight processes.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (International Business / Supply Chain preferred).
2-5 years of experience in export operations in a production/manufacturing company.
Knowledge of ERP or export management systems is an advantage.
