Market Development:
Identify and develop business opportunities for pharmaceutical formulations in Central Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and CIS.
Build, manage, and strengthen distributor and partner networks to align with company growth strategies.
Analyze entry strategies for new markets and adapt approaches based on region-specific trends.
Sales & Business Growth:
Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth across target international markets.
Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and exclusive partnerships with distributors and agents.
Commercial & Export Operations:
Handle all documentation related to export logistics, Letter of Credit (LC) processing, and compliance with GMP, GDP, and international regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, QA, logistics, finance) to ensure timely execution of orders, invoicing, and payment collections.
Customer & Partner Management:
Maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, and government authorities.
Actively resolve customer concerns, feedback, and technical or regulatory issues.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor movements, and upcoming regulatory changes.
Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and recommendations for strategic planning and review by senior leadership.
