The ideal candidate will be well-versed with spice export documentation, international trade compliance, market entry strategies, and B2B negotiations across key international markets.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement global export sales strategies for the company's spice range.- Identify and on board international buyers, importers, and distributors through lead generation, trade platforms, and exhibitions.- Manage end-to-end export operations including inquiries, quotations, contract negotiations, and documentation.- Coordinate with the logistics, production, and packaging teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.- Ensure all regulatory, phytosanitary, and documentation requirements are fulfilled as per destination country.- Stay updated on global trends in spices, pricing, and competition to maintain market advantage.- Build strong client relationships and ensure consistent after-sales support.- Represent the company in international expos, trade delegations, and B2B meetings.Key Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales within the spices or agro-commodity industry.- Strong knowledge of export documentation, international trade laws, and logistics.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Prior experience managing international client portfolios and closing export deals.- Ability to travel overseas when required.Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Agri-business, or related field (ref:updazz.com)
