We are looking for Export Manager below is the JD for the same,

Strategy & Business Development:

Develop and implement strategies for expanding into new international markets and identifying new business opportunities.
Analyze international market trends and competitor activities to inform market entry plans.
Sales & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with foreign partners to secure profitable transactions.

Export Operations:

Coordinate and oversee the entire export process, including logistics, shipping, and customs clearance.
Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure strict adherence to international trade regulations, customs laws, and import/export procedures.
Liaise with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure smooth and legal clearance of goods.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to optimize processes and achieve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education:

degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience:

Practical experience in a similar export, sales, or international trade role is valuable.
Market Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of global trade practices, international market analysis, and cultural nuances of different regions.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different cultures.

Negotiation Skills:

Proven ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with international partners.

Organizational Skills:

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex logistics and documentation.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to anticipate challenges in import/export activities and provide solutions.

Language Skills:

Fluency in foreign languages can be a significant asset for international business interactions.
