Key Responsibilities:

• International Client Handling: Manage and develop relationships with international clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Communication: Draft and manage professional correspondence and documentation for export transactions.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in international markets.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation requirements, and company policies.
• Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate export processes, including logistics, shipping, and customs.

Requirements:

• Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with fluency in drafting professional emails and correspondence.
• Proficient in computer applications and export documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in handling international clients and understanding of global market trends.

Weekoff:

• Sunday.
