We're Hiring - Manager - Exports Operations (Coimbatore)

Aypols Polymers Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing player in the polymers and composites industry, is looking for a dynamic Manager - Exports Operations to join our team at Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities:

? Handle and respond to overseas business inquiries.

? Lead Generation and Identification of New Export Customers through Market research and handling of Existing Leads and Customers

? Prepare and send quotations, order confirmations, and consignment details.

? Coordinate with customers and fix meetings for the Exports Manager.

? Maintain smooth communication with international clients and internal teams.

? Support documentation, shipment coordination, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.

? Assist in building long-term customer relationships and expanding export markets.

? Handling the Digital Marketing segment of Overall Products .Requirements:

? Minimum 5 Years Experience in relevant operations.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & spoken English a must).

? Prior exposure to handling export inquiries and documentation preferred.

? Strong coordination and organizational abilities.

? Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
