to manage and expand the company's international sales operations. The role involves developing export strategies, identifying new overseas markets, managing key international clients, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and achieving global sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand international market presence
Identify and onboard overseas distributors, agents, and buyers
Manage end-to-end export operations including order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination
Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international clients
Ensure compliance with export laws, customs regulations, and international trade policies
Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
Prepare and review export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, LC, etc.)
Monitor foreign exchange risks and coordinate with finance for payments and remittances
Track export performance, prepare MIS reports, and forecast international sales
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets
Manage and train export sales/support teams
Handle customer queries, claims, and post-shipment follow-ups
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, and international trade practices
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Market research and international business development expertise
Understanding of logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and documentation
