Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to handle international export and import operations specifically for the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of documentation, logistics, compliance, and international trade processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end export and import operations for construction-related products. Handle all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and customs documents. Coordinate with international clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and standards. Monitor shipment schedules, tracking, and on-time delivery. Negotiate freight rates and manage transportation costs. Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory related to import/export activities. Help expand global market reach by identifying new business opportunities. Resolve any issues related to customs, logistics, or shipment delays.

Requirements:

Proven experience in export/import management (preferably in the construction industry). Strong understanding of international shipping documentation and procedures. Knowledge of customs regulations, incoterms, and global logistics. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
