Export Documentation Executive
with strong exposure to
end-to-end export documentation and compliance
in a manufacturing environment. The candidate should be well-versed in
export regulations, Incoterms, shipping documentation, and coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, banks, and internal teams
.

Location:

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare export documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, COO, Insurance, Inspection Certificates
Handle end-to-end export documentation and compliance (DGFT, Customs, FEMA, GST)
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters
Manage LC documentation, bank negotiations, and export realization
Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Coordinate with production, QA, warehouse, and finance teams
Maintain export records and MIS reports
Key Skills:
Export documentation & procedures
Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.)
LC handling & bank coordination
CHA & freight forwarder coordination
MS Excel / ERP / SAP
Qualification:
Graduate in Commerce / International Business / Logistics
Export-Import Management certification preferred
Desired Profile:
5+ years experience in manufacturing export environment
Experience in spices / food ingredients / oleoresins preferred
