Working knowledge of English

Preparation & management of all pre and post shipment related documents

Create, assemble and present import and export documentation required per country specific destination in accordance with import and export laws and regulations

Maintain import/export files in an organized and catalogued system

Coordinate with production department for export related transactions

Ensure documentary compliance with export/ import laws and regulations

Coordination with CHA, government bodies
