Working knowledge of English

? Preparation & management of all pre and post shipment related documents

? Create, assemble and present import and export documentation required per country specific destination in accordance with import and export laws and regulations

? Maintain import/export files in an organized and catalogued system

? Coordinate with production department for export related transactions

? Ensure documentary compliance with export/ import laws and regulations

? Coordination with CHA, government bodies
