Documentation Management:
Preparing and managing all necessary import and export documentation, such as invoices, bills of lading, customs declarations, and permits.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and other logistics providers to arrange transportation, customs clearance, and delivery of goods.
Communication and Negotiation:
Maintaining communication with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolving any issues related to shipments.
Relationship Management:
Developing and maintaining relationships with international customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Market Analysis:
Monitoring international market trends and conditions to identify potential opportunities for growth and development.
Reporting and Analysis:
Preparing reports and analyses on import/export activities and providing regular updates to management.
Cost Optimization:
Identifying opportunities to optimize shipping costs and streamline the import/export process.
