RADON India is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
International Sales Executive
to expand our global footprint in the bathware industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving international sales, developing business relationships, and ensuring smooth communication with overseas clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
Handle end-to-end sales processes, including inquiries, negotiations, and order fulfillment.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote RADON India.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the bathware, home decor, or related industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to travel internationally as required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
