Handle export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and letters of credit
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and transporters
Ensure compliance with export laws, customs regulations, and company policies
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to international customers
Communicate with overseas buyers regarding orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and payments
Prepare export quotations and negotiate terms when required
Maintain accurate records of export transactions and reports
Monitor foreign exchange regulations and payment realization
Resolve export-related issues such as delays, documentation errors, or customs queries
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Commerce, or a related field
Knowledge of export procedures, INCOTERMS, and documentation
Familiarity with customs regulations and international trade practices
Strong communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and good organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Ability to work under deadlines
Preferred Experience
1-3 years of experience in export operations or international trade
Experience dealing with overseas clients and logistics partners
Work Environment
Office-based role with coordination across departments and external agencies
May require interaction across different time zones
