2-5 Years (with hands-on experience in RoDTEP and RoSCTL claims)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Export Executive to manage our international shipping documentation and incentive claims. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Indian government export incentive schemes, specifically
RoDTEP (Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products)
and
RoSCTL (Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies)
, and be able to independently handle claim processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and Bill of Lading.
File and manage
RoDTEP
and
RoSCTL
claims accurately and within deadlines.
Coordinate with
CHA (Custom House Agents)
, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for timely dispatch of consignments.
Ensure compliance with
DGFT
,
ICEGATE
,
SEZ
, and
Customs
requirements.
Track shipments and provide updates to clients/internal teams.
Maintain up-to-date records of export incentives and refunds.
Handle
e-BRC (Electronic Bank Realization Certificate)
and ensure correct documentation for bank realization.
Liaise with finance/accounts team for the accounting of incentive claims and refund follow-up.
Stay updated on changes in export policies, incentives, and trade regulations.
Prepare export performance MIS reports and incentive tracking dashboards

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
