Support international customer inquiries and follow-ups
Prepare offers, commercial proposals, and export documentation
Coordinate with logistics, CHA, and shipping teams
Handle export documentation (training provided)
Communicate with customers via email, calls, and online meetings
Conduct market research for new countries and distributors
Education:
Bachelors degree in
Engineering
(Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics preferred)
MBA / PGDM in International Business / Sales & Marketing / Export Management
Candidates from
well-reputed institutes
(Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges preferred)
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong
written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic understanding of
export import procedures
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to work with
international customers across time zones
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and ERP/MIS systems
