Position: Executive - Export

Graduate / Post Graduate in International Business / Any relevant course in export & import

Job Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end export documentation

including pre-shipment and post-shipment processes (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, etc.). Coordinate with

CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines

, and transporters for timely dispatch and shipment tracking. Prepare and maintain

export-related documentation

in compliance with statutory and customs requirements. Liaise with

banks for LC, payment realization.

Ensure

timely filing of export documents

and submission to relevant departments. Manage

export order processing

, shipment scheduling, and logistics planning. Maintain MIS reports related to

export shipments, duty drawback, and payment status

. Coordinate with the

production, quality, and dispatch teams

for shipment readiness. Handle customer communication for

order status, documentation, and dispatch details

. Ensure compliance with

international trade regulations

and company policies.

Acquire new clients

and maintain

daily coordination with existing clients

for new orders, ensuring strong business relationships and customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

export documentation, customs clearance, and shipping procedures

. Familiar with

Incoterms, HS codes

. Proficiency in

MS Office, ERP systems, and email correspondence

. Good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Salary: As per industry standards / based on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
