Key Responsibilities:
International Data Analysis in the Spice Industry: Research and analyze international market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors within the spice industry to help guide export decisions.
Development of Marketing Strategies: Contribute to the creation of marketing strategies tailored to international markets, specifically for our spice products.
Product Sourcing Strategies: Assist in developing strategies for sourcing spice products for the international market, ensuring high quality and compliance with global standards.
International Marketing Campaigns: Support the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns aimed at attracting new clients in international markets.
Client Development: Developing new clients for existing products . Work can be as per the target market time zones
Target Markets: Focus on exploring and establishing connections with potential clients in China, Thailand, USA, Mexico, and Indonesia.
Digital Marketing Strategies: Help implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales in international markets.
Identifying Export Opportunities: Research and identify opportunities for new products to introduce into export markets, ensuring demand and feasibility in target regions.
Export Documentation: Learn the process of preparing and managing international export documents, including contracts, invoices, shipping documents, and compliance paperwork. You will gain hands-on experience with export documentation under the guidance of experienced team members.
Lead Generation: Conduct market research, network, and use other lead-generation strategies to identify and acquire potential export clients.
Market Expansion: Work on strategies to increase market penetration in existing and new international markets, focusing on building long-term relationships with international clients.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth export operations, timely shipments, and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong interest in international trade, export management, and the spice/agro-industry.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions and coordination with teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
A basic understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies (SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
