Role & responsibilities
To Coordinate with customer for payment & order also help customer with day to day inquiries, samples, shipment details etc.
To handle ERP System for Order/Sample/Promotional Tool processing.
To manage customer account & maintain customer account from orders to dispatch.
To co-ordinate with Factory and managing specific Accounts/ Customers.
To co-ordinate with CAD Team for Presentations Process.
To maintain Promotional tools and Sample dispatch tracking.
To co-ordinate with Inter- Department and Factory.
To be handling dispatch Co-ordination.
Requirements
Skills Required
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
Graduation / MBA preferred
Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad
Minimum 1 year of experience required
