Job description:
Handle documentation, such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices, and commercial agreements.
Must be Knowledge of SAP
Enquiry/RFQ Process
Order processing
Documentation, CHA Coordination & Follow up.
Must be knowledge of Export Terms of Payment,, Incoterm & basic terms & conditions
Negotiate freight rates and taxes
Coordination with forwarders/CHA for daily shipments
MIS update
