to manage overseas clients, handle export documentation, and support global sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining communication with international buyers, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate and build relationships with international clients (via email, phone, WhatsApp).
Handle export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, BL, COA, and other shipping documents.
Coordinate with logistics and production teams for timely delivery.
Manage follow-ups for payments, samples, and order updates.
Identify new overseas markets and potential buyers.
Maintain buyer records, quotations, and communication reports.
Support the export manager in day-to-day export operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Commerce, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Knowledge of export documentation and procedures (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Additional language skills (Arabic, French, Spanish, or Urdu) will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication and interest in exports are welcome to apply.

?15,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience)
