1.To perform market research on targeted export countries.
2.To keep updated on the upcoming exhibitions and trade shows, and target potential customers.
3.To manage the complete export cycle from enquiry to delivery, including documentation, logistics, compliance, and post-shipment follow-ups.
4, To prepare and verify export documents:
Commercial Invoice,
Packing List,
Certificate of Origin,
Other legal/export-related documents.
To ensure adherence to DGFT, Customs, and international trade regulations.
5, To ensure timely Order Execution and status updates, and handle communication with international customers.
6, To coordinate with internal departments (production, accounts, dispatch) and external agencies (CHA, freight forwarders, customs, inspection agencies, banks).
To handle documentation for the Letter of Credit (LC) and bank negotiation.
7. To be in communication regularly with international customers for documentation, shipment tracking, and queries.
8. To record the customer complaints and documentation errors, and inform the issues to the Manager/ CEO.
9. Maintain documentation for the same, including the solution and resolution steps taken, and communicate to the international customers.

To identify Banking & e-BRC-related issues and get them resolved by connecting bankers
To perform the Formalities of DGFT Work (RoDtap, e-BRC)
