Key Responsibilities * Act as a communication bridge between buyers, factory, and reporting manager.

• Coordinate export orders from inquiry to shipment and documentation.
• Handle sample dispatch and buyer updates regularly.
• Generate weekly turnaround reports and maintain buyer-wise data.
• Support new product requirements by collaborating with marketing and factory teams.
• Assist in organizing exhibitions and generating leads through cold calling.

Requirements * Graduate with an MBA (preferred).

• 2-4 years of experience in export coordination.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and terminology.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle client queries and follow up independently.
