ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Exploring new business avenues for long-term revenue growth & maintaining relationships with key international clients, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsible for new client acquisition through daily basis contact with clients by phone call and mail & generating sales from the same.


Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.


Market Research, Product development


Promotions. Advertisements, Social media marketing content writing, and blogs


Spearheading marketing activities for international segments.


Communicating with clients to understand their specific requirements to enhance product sales.


Preparing daily work report and maintain of export related files.


Complete knowledge of export documentation and process.


Strong understanding of commercial markets and excellent communication and negotiation skills.


COMPETENCIES:



Knowledge of International Business Development.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Advanced skill in Excel, PPT and Microsoft word.
