Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities



Handling export documentation for all export shipment for HO & branches. Source and collate data and prepare BL draft against invoice packing list. Resolve all queries in regard to final preparation of B/L & Invoice. Timely coordination with agent / shipper / Liners for B/L, Invoice and for payment and other details. Submitting of SI to the shipping line & Preparing House B/L in studio. Payment request in studio & arrange payment from account dept. Communication with Internal team and inter departments for Exports consignments handled by Key Account Managers.


Educational Qualifications & Work Experience



Work Experience: 3 - 4 years in export documentation Minimum Graduate Candidates with experience working in Logistics and forwarding industry ONLY will be preferred


Language & IT Proficiency



MS Office (Excel/Word) Language Proficiency - English, Marathi and Hindi


Skills



Prioritization and organization Problem-solving Attention to detail Written and Oral Communication Networking Team management
