Job Description

An Export Documentation Specialist is responsible for preparing and managing export-related documents. Key responsibilities include: 1. Preparing export documents (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin) 2. Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws 3. Coordinating with logistics and shipping teams 4. Verifying accuracy of documentation 5. Maintaining records and databases 6. Assisting with customs clearance and shipment tracking Required skills: 1. Attention to detail 2. Knowledge of export regulations and documentation 3. Organizational and time management skills 4. Communication and coordination skills 5. Familiarity with trade compliance and customs procedures

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
