We are looking for an Export Documentation Manager to handle all export documentation and banking-related activities. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate documentation, coordination with external agencies, and smooth export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage pre-shipment & post-shipment documents.
Handle banking activities (LC, BRC, remittances, etc.).
Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, freight forwarders, and other agencies.
Manage certifications (Phytosanitary, Fumigation, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
Work with finance/accounts team for timely submission of documents.
Maintain accurate documentation records and ensure compliance.
Track shipments and update management.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, International Business, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in export documentation (preferably in agro-commodities).
Good knowledge of INCOTERMS, shipping, and export compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
