Export Documentation Executive
to join our team and support smooth export processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, verify, and manage export documentation in compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, and transporters for timely movement of goods.
Handle documentation related to
Export & Import
processes including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, etc.
Draft and manage professional business correspondence and emails.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, approvals, and document submissions.
Ensure timely submission of post-shipment documents to clients and banks.
Support internal teams in logistics coordination and client communication.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in
Export Documentation
.
Good knowledge of
export-import processes
and
general software tools (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
.
Strong communication and email drafting skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Female candidates preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
