Job Description

Handling complete Export Documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping bills, and
bill of lading.

Manage the end-to-end export process by coordinating with overseas buyers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to ensure timely dispatch of goods. Prepare and review shipping and export-related documents in compliance with international trade regulations. Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange transportation, schedule container booking, and track shipments until final

Ensure compliance with export laws, customs regulations, and trade agreements by staying updated on changes in Assist in the preparation of export documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
