As an Export Documentation Executive, you will manage the full spectrum of export paperwork--from preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and shipping bills to ensuring compliance with Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) regulations, customs requirements and export incentive schemes. You'll coordinate shipments with sales, logistics, banks and freight forwarders, track cargo until delivery, maintain accurate records and raise alerts for any discrepancies or delays. Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills and up-to-date knowledge of export policy are essential to support smooth international trade operations in a fast-moving environment.
