JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Garment Export Incharge, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire export process, starting from order placement to shipment, with a strong focus on maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely delivery, and adhering to international regulations. Your key duties will include managing export orders from buyers by receiving and processing them efficiently.

You will be tasked with preparing and maintaining detailed order specifications and providing clear and timely communication to buyers regarding the status and timelines of their orders.

In terms of logistics and shipping, you will be responsible for arranging the shipping of garments to the buyer's destination in a timely and efficient manner. This will involve coordinating with shipping companies and customs brokers to facilitate smooth and compliant shipments, as well as ensuring that all required documentation is accurately prepared and submitted on time.

Ensuring compliance with relevant international regulations and trade laws will be crucial in your role. You will need to stay informed about any changes in import/export regulations and procedures, work closely with authorities to resolve any compliance issues, and maintain accurate records of all export transactions.

Effective customer relationship management is essential, and you will be expected to build and nurture strong relationships with buyers and other stakeholders. Promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure buyer satisfaction will be part of your daily tasks.

Additionally, as a team leader, you will supervise and motivate a team of export staff, provide necessary training and guidance to enhance their competencies, evaluate their performance, and offer constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, offering a yearly bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,736.83 - ₹70,707.49 per month
