Job description:

Handle all export documentation including Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, etc.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines for timely dispatch and delivery. Coordinate with the finance team for export incentives, payment collections, and forex documentation.
Manage documentation and ensure compliance with international trade laws. Follow up on export orders and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain and update records of all export transactions.
Support the sales team with order entry, processing, and confirmation. Manage customer data, pricing, and contracts in CRM or ERP systems. Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards. Assist in preparation of quotations, tenders, and sales presentations.
Coordinate between internal departments (Production, Logistics, Accounts) and the sales team to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
Respond to client queries related to orders, shipping, and documentation
