for a reputed Automotive Components company located in the GT Karnal Road Industrial Area. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation processes, and coordination with logistics partners. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, accurate, and experienced in handling international shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage all export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and shipping instructions
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners for timely dispatch
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs guidelines, and documentation standards
Maintain shipment records, export files, and documentation trackers
Communicate with international clients for documentation requirements and shipment updates
Monitor order status and ensure timely execution of export orders
Prepare MIS reports related to shipments, logistics, and documentation
Handle documentation corrections, amendments, and compliance paperwork
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in Export Documentation (Automotive/Manufacturing preferred)
Strong knowledge of export procedures, LC documentation, and logistics operations
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with excellent documentation accuracy
