Job Description

Responsibilities



Preparation of Export Documentation:

Prepare and review all necessary export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.

Compliance Management:

Ensure that all documentation meets the legal and regulatory requirements for exports to avoid delays and penalties.

Coordination with Shipping Lines and Forwarders:

Liaise with shipping lines and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth transportation and delivery of goods.

Customs Clearance Support:

Assist in the customs clearance process by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries from customs authorities.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation, ensuring easy retrieval for audits and inspections

Requirements



Education:

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in export documentation, logistics, or supply chain management.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using documentation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Export Documentation: 4 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
