Export Documentation Executive

Job Description

Prepare and process export documentation as per the letter of credit and customer requirements (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading, etc.).

Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), shipping lines, and inspection agencies.

Ensure timely filing of shipping instructions and documentation with ports and customs.

Track and monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Maintain updated records of shipments, export licenses, and regulatory certificates.

Ensure compliance with DGFT, FSSAI, APEDA, and other export-related regulatory authorities.

Liaise with the accounts department for invoice processing and payment follow-up.

Communicate with international buyers for shipment schedules, documentation, and updates.

Handle post-shipment documentation for bank negotiations under LC/DA/DP terms.

Resolve issues related to documentation discrepancies, delays, or customs queries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
