Job Description

Document preparation:

Prepare and verify a variety of export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and letters of credit.

Compliance:

Ensure all documentation and shipments comply with international trade laws, customs regulations, and other relevant international standards.

Coordination:


Liaise and coordinate with various parties, such as freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, shipping lines, suppliers, and banks, to facilitate the smooth flow of goods and information.

Shipment tracking:


Track and monitor the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.

Record keeping:


Maintain accurate and organized records of all export transactions and documentation for audits and future reference.

Internal communication:


Work with internal departments like sales, logistics, and finance to ensure all export activities are coordinated effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
