Job Requirements: A perfect candidate for this role should have a strong background in export documentation. The minimum qualification for the role is Graduation and minimum 1 year of experience in Export documentation.
Document Preparation: ? Preparing commercial/custom invoices, packing lists, bills of lading (B/L), certificates of origin, and other necessary export documents. ? Ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations. ? Preparing and auditing export documentation for vessel shipments and settlements. ? Staying updated on changes to export regulations and documentation requirements. ? Ensuring compliance with both domestic and international regulations. ? Filing rebate claims. ? Handling L/C documents. ? Sending scan copies of documents to customers. ? Maintaining coordination between related departments.
