Document Preparation: Preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading (B/L), certificates of origin, and other necessary export documents. Ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations. Preparing and auditing export documentation for vessel shipments and settlements. Staying updated on changes to export regulations and documentation requirements. Ensuring compliance with both domestic and international regulations. Filing rebate claims. Handling L/C documents. Sending scan copies of documents to customers. Maintaining coordination between related departments. Creating export packing orders. Verifying documents received from client coordinators. Uploading documents on E-Sanchit.

Job Requirements:



A perfect candidate for this role should have a strong background in export documentation. The minimum qualification for the role is Graduation and minimum 1 year of experience in Export documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
