Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Candidate should be responsible for handling shipping instructions chasing customers, taking follow up with freight forwarders& CHA regarding the shipment .

Pre & post Documentation, Co-ordination with Overseas Buyers, CHA, Freight forwards and shipping agents regarding shipments. Knowledge of HS code, Incentive and government policy. Co-ordinate with CHA, Freight forwarder, Warehouse, PPC, & Sales & other internal departments to facilitate the timely shipment of goods. Prepare and process export documentation including Commercial invoice , packing list, Bills of Lading, COO/CEPA/GSP ,and other related Documents. Co-ordination with customers regarding documentation requirement Maintain accurate records of Export documentation and shipping activities. Scrutinizing L/Cs received from foreign buyers and seeking amendment if any. Strong understanding of Letter of credits, different types of documents created under LCs and should have handled shipment or documents under LCs. Timely sharing Scan copies of Final documents to customer after receipt of BLs. Tracking of consignment till it reaches to destination & informing delay/early reaching consignment to customer with reason. Understanding of payment terms, incoterms with shipper & Buyer responsibilities. Knowledge of Shipping Bill, checklist approval, Shipping instruction, form-11 , Form-13.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
