to manage and process all export-related documentation in compliance with international trade regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and timely completion of export paperwork, coordinating effectively with logistics, finance, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage
export documentation
including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, e-way bills, and other related forms.
Ensure all export documents comply with
customs and regulatory requirements
.
Coordinate with logistics partners, CHA, and freight forwarders for shipment formalities.
Maintain accurate records of all shipments and related documentation.
Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve documentation discrepancies.
Assist in generating export MIS reports and maintaining export files.
Communicate with internal departments and clients for document approvals and updates.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience
in export documentation or export operations.
Strong knowledge of
export-related documents
and procedures.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word)
and general computer operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in dealing with
CHA, customs, or shipping lines
.
Familiarity with
logistics and supply chain processes
.
Knowledge of
international trade terms (Incoterms)
will be an advantage.
