Roles And Responsibilities



Export documentation expertise is crucial for managing and preparing necessary shipment documents effectively (Mandatory skill)

Prepare and verify all export documentation including invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin.

Experience/knowledge of using DGFT & ICEGATE portal.

Experience in self generation of certificates of origin & E-BRC.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.

Track and manage shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any documentation issues.

Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation.

Provide support for audits and investigations related to export shipments.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in export documentation.

In-depth knowledge of export regulations and documentation requirements.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
